Video Control Module

Convert a domestic VCR into an event-only recorder using the Video Control Module. This superb quality unit works with virtually all domestic VCR's and any CCTV system. An alarm input (trigger voltage) of 4-24 volts D. C. from an alarm panel or PIR, will cause the unit to send out a "universal" infrared record signal. Once this is received by a domestic VCR, it starts recording the event that caused the alarm condition. After an adjustable delay the unit sends out a stop signal, resetting itself for the next activation. The unit can be used with any CCTV system and provides a low-budget solution two event-only recording.
