| Compact 12V Timelapse VCR.
With a remote-control handset, this unit can be programmed to record for anywhere up to 960 hours. It has all the functions of our normal 960 hour time lapse VCR such as built-in time and date, alarm inputs, autorewind/rerecord that can be powered by a 1.2A PSU or battery equivalent.
Suggested uses:
The alarm and that's on this unit mean it would be ideal for recording purposes in a taxi, bus, or similar vehicle. With a camera inside the vehicle to cover any passengers, they unit can be set to always record in a time lapse mode such as 960 hours. When a passenger steps into the vehicle, the unit can be alarmed to record for any number of minutes in realtime. This will give the driver better recording coverage whenever a passenger steps into the vehicle. The D. C. out function on the unit allows a 12 volt monitor or LCD to be directly run off the VCR so the driver can easily view the passenger or any tape playback immediately.
